Hosted by Hong Kong Design Institute, Make\Shift: VPET Design Forum 2024 explores the current contexts and alternative futures of design practices and education. The two-day programme is aimed at educators, industry practitioners, and students.
During the two-day programme, there will be an engaging live graphic performance on architecture The Asymmetry of BlaBlaBla. This performance, where the enquiries of an architect meet the imagination of a painter, is propelled by the necessity of narratives. Words and images converse to tell the collapsing worlds and those who are trying to repair themselves. To also translate the trouble along the path where we stand, between political challenges and the intuitions of collective alternatives.
